Just Breathe… And Stop Stressing Yourself Out

I am worried that life won’t turn out as planned..

What if everything fails?

One thing I’m mastering everyday is to just breathe. There are so many people stuck in the hospital that wish they would’ve just enjoyed life but some tragic situation handicapped them for the rest of their lives and unfortunately some people won’t get to go back to their regular lives. While we are worried about something so small, someone is fighting for their life every single day in the hospital. As I am typing I feel like crying because so many people waste their lives by stressing.. We live in a world where there are so many things that we can be stressed over. We as human beings need to learn how to breathe and enjoy life. Stress and high blood pressure are silent killers. If God can take care of the little flowers and the birds in the sky.. how much more can he do for us? Walking this walk is about trusting God and not sweating every thing that we encounter in life. What is the use of living for God if you are going to stress over everything.

So what if the people at your job are acting up.. so what if they get the promotion and you don’t.. so what you’ve been single for 5 years and all your friends are married.. so what!!!

Seasons change and God has a plan for your success. Learn to wait on him. You won’t always feel this way. What you’re stressing over right now is not going to matter a few years from now.. or even sometimes a day from now.. breathe because you only have one life to live and once you take your last breath then that is it.. enjoy life.. what you’re stressing about isn’t worth your health or your happiness or joy that God has given you. You have more control over what your mind thinks about than you THINK.

By the way make sure you purchase my new book on amazon. My book is called Pieces in the Dark: Turn the Light On & 40% is going towards my students that are in financial difficulty school supplies, prom tickets and other school activities.

God is good ! I hope you’re able to support and purchase a copy of my new book Good morning beautiful people. I am a young high school teacher in Watts California. A lot of my students get jumped on their way to school by local gang members and many of them get their belongings stolen. I usually buy school supplies and backpacks for my students.. what I did is I wrote a book titled Pieces in the Dark on amazon. God put it on my heart to give 40 percents of my earnings to the students financial needs. Here is a link to my book. I hope you can support. https://www.amazon.com/Pieces-Dark-Deonte-Earl-Towner/dp/069210044X
