Dear God,

I know that you have someone for me. I have been waiting patiently. During this season I have been working on myself. I have been praying more, working on my self worth, figuring out who I am, healing from the past, growing spiritually and speaking daily affirmations over my life. God give me the courage and strength to start interacting with people again. I know that it is time. I am tired of being alone. Through this time alone you have given me joy and now I am ready to share this joy with the love of my life. It can get hard Lord seeing others with the love of their life on social media. I know the day will come but sometimes I lose hope and begin to doubt if love will ever come my way. I’ve been crushed way too many times. Maybe I am damaged good and I am useless. Maybe I can’t be loved. But I refuse to believe those lies from the enemy.

I am worthy to be loved. I do deserve love. I am not going to be lonely for the rest of my life. I will be in a healthy relationship. God in my next relationship I promise to put you first and keep you first. I promise to seek you every time my partner and I go through hard times. Thank you for growing me in this season. Please let this next season be my season to find my partner. I decree and declare that love is here.

You have someone designed just for me. And while I am waiting for them I know that you are growing them spiritually. You are helping them work out their trauma, so when they find me they won’t throw all their hurt on me. You are helping them get closer to you so they can be God fearing. I thank you Lord for helping me see your plan for my life. I will continually to be excited for my future, other couples, until my love comes. You are my first love and I can’t wait to see who you have for me.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

⁴ Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. ⁵ It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. ⁶ Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. ⁷ It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
